Warranty Policy for Sek Suspension Systems™

At Sek Suspension Systems™, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Our products are backed by a Two-Year Warranty, ensuring your peace of mind and satisfaction with your purchase.

What Our Warranty Covers

We offer a Two-Year Warranty against any defects in material or workmanship. This warranty protects the original retail purchaser from issues such as:

• Breakage

• Bending

• Sagging

• Other usage failures

This warranty is designed to give you confidence in the quality and longevity of our products, with no fine print or hidden terms.

Warranty Exclusions

Please note that the following exclusions apply:

• Product Finish: The warranty does not cover any issues related to the finish of the product.

• Wearable Items: Items that are subject to normal wear and tear over time are not covered under warranty. These include, but are not limited to, bushings, strut spacers, and other components that naturally degrade with use.

Eligibility for Warranty Claims

To qualify for a warranty claim, the customer must provide the following:

• Proof of purchase, including:

  • Name

  • Product purchased

  • Purchase date

  • Price paid

Please note that Lift Kits are covered under warranty for up to 2 years from the date of purchase, provided they have been properly maintained, greased, and do not show signs of abnormal use.

Conditions for Warranty

• The product must be properly maintained and show no signs of misuse or alteration.

• The warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized dealers or directly from Sek Suspension Systems™.

If your product is eligible for warranty, we will work with you to replace or repair it according to our warranty terms.
